Commitment
We at White Foam Cafe Riyadh are committed to detail, excellence, and support of the local businesses. We will not sacrifice this commitment to achieve faster revenue, or become just another cafe in Riyadh.
We started off by introducing the Pour Over method to make our filter coffee. With this, every cup of filter coffee you pickup from our coffee shop, is freshly ground, and freshly brewed right in front of you. This takes couple of extra minutes, but gives you the satisfaction that is hidden within that fresh coffee.
All of our brewing machines, are maintained by one of the owners. Good coffee can only be a product of good maintenance. Maintaining good water filtration, good brewing temperature, and clean machines only adds to our commitment.
Coffee
It's just that good.
It is a sentence we pride ourselves hearing from our customers after their first or last sip of coffee.
Espresso based drinks are always available, anything from espresso, macchiato, latte, cappuccino, to the more exotic ones such as con panna, breve, and the 4oz.
Filter Coffee is available in different forms that you can only find at White Foam Cafe. Our everyday filter coffee is made in the Pour Over method, if you want something more exotic, you can always try our siphon made coffee. soon we will also be introducing cold brewed coffee.
Tea
We have two main selection of tea, The Numi ORGANIC and the Mariage Frere The Numi organic comes in a variety of selections, from the Moroccan mint, and gunpowder black to the traditional Earl Grey. On the Mariage Frere side we are only supplying a Marco Polo red tea as well as Japanese green tea, both living up to the companies status as one of the top tea suppliers in the world.
Pastries
We are not your traditional cafe when it comes to pastries. Our pastry selection changes from time to time as we preview new local bakers and support the debuting their baked goods. Most items can be reordered if you like them (just let us know) . A while ago we previewed THE CRONUT, an interesting combination of a croissant and a doughnuts. as it is not available at the cafe now, If you are one of the customers who loved this one, let us know when you want it, and we can contact the local baker to have one delivered to us.
You
You are the most important person. We take our customers feedback seriously. And if for any reason you don't like anything you tried at our cafe, let us know and we will fix it.
Yemen the forgotten espresso bean.
We all know Yemeni beans for its superb Saudi Coffee, Yet the unknown is the superiority of the Yemeni bean as an espresso as well as filter coffee bean. Some might have tried, and failed possibly because of the obstacles that are met when trying to pick good Yemeni beans to roast. Since alot of the Yemeni beans on the Saudi market are not what they truly are, we are buying directly from source in Yemen, or when not possible siftting through piles of market Yemeni beans, to find the best.

Trying the others
We just started expanding our selection of roasted beans, We are limited at the moment by the availability of exceptional or good green coffee beans. We are trying to learn the ins and outs of buying directly from source, but that will take some time. For the time being we are roasting Brazilian coffee beans in addition to the Yemeni and are expanding our selection as we meet suppliers of good beans. .
Roasting
Roasting is all about experience, well and art for that matter. Our style can be summarized as West Cost non stomp-town style. In essence, we try to roast each of our beans to bring out all hidden good notes in it. Yet we work hard not to get any smoky flavors into the roast (unlike stomp-town coffee roasting). There is nothing wrong with smoke notes in the coffee, but as an ideology we believe this smokiness distracts from the real notes that a bean holds.
We cant handle it
We pride ourselves in knowing when we can not achieve something. Due to lack of amazing green beans that are available. When that happens we do reach outward and purchase pre roasted beans from the top roasters in the world, no offense to illy, or Lavazza but we only order fresh roasted coffees, that can be delivered to us within a week from roasting.
